As an early musician and music therapist, I have consistently been drawn to the art of helping others connect to their inner voice. As I transitioned  into my career as psychologist, educator, and consultant, I continued to build upon these values with each of my clients as we collaboratively approach obstacles from an introspective and social justice framework. My strength is my welcoming and open style that fosters insight and growth.

I am driven by finding a way to extract growth from difficult circumstances. Based in NYC, I wear many hats as a clinician, researcher, professor, and consultant. I spent my early career days in management consulting before pivoting to social justice-focused psychology by way of Columbia University. With Nascent, I’ve found a way to meld those interests. I value fierce empathy, and I love helping organizations harness their own.

As a native New Yorker, the importance of diversity in thought and experience is ingrained in me and is reflected in my professional experience as a clinician, researcher, and consultant. I practice this value by highlighting strengths, fostering growth, and harnessing values to meet goals, in spite of circumstance. I always make sure to show up with compassion, warmth, and the spirit of collaboration.
